Three teenagers have been charged with murder in the shooting death of a pregnant woman who they allegedly mistook for someone else.

According to an arrest warrant obtained by ABC News, 36-year-old Kerisha Johnson was "due to give birth within several days" on Sunday (April 16) when she was shot and killed at a party in Baton Rouge, Louisiana.

Three 19-year-old teenagers — Marques Porch, Gregory Parker, and Derrick Curry — allegedly opened fire at Johnson's car after a similar car drove by the party and fired shots in the air. The three were taken into custody at East Baton Rouge Parish Prison on charges of second-degree murder and first-degree feticide.

"It was just senseless. It was senseless," Johnson's childhood friend, Deanna Williams, told WBRZ. "Just to know she lost her life [for] nothing. She was an innocent person."

Williams described Johnson as "the goofiest friend" and "a very sweet person."

"She would give you the shirt off her back," she said. "She was just that sweet."

Johnson was reportedly picking up people from the party when she was shot and killed.

Another one of Johnson's friends, Crissina Finister, wrote on Facebook that she had two other children who no longer have a mother.

"She didn't deserve this," Finister wrote. "Kerisha was the nicest, sweetest person you could ever meet."
