Social media users are questioning former President Donald Trump's health after video surfaced of him climbing into a garbage truck.

On Wednesday (October 30), Trump pulled the garbage truck stunt in an apparent response to President Joe Biden seemingly calling the Republican nominee's supporters "garbage" earlier this week. Biden made the comment after Tony Hinchcliffe, a comedian who appeared at Trump's Madison Square Garden rally, labeled Puerto Rico as a "floating island of garbage" during his set.

During his campaign stop in Wisconsin, Trump appeared in an orange fluorescent safety vest as he was filmed getting into a garbage truck.

"How do you like my garbage truck? This truck is in honor of Kamala and Joe Biden," Trump told reporters on Wednesday.

Trump's apparent trolling seemingly backfired on social media after an X user shared a short clip from the garbage truck scene where the former president appeared to struggle to open the door and find his footing.

"Trump seems to be really struggling physically," the user wrote alongside the viral video.

X users flooded the replies with questions about Trump's health.

"That tricky leg of his makes me think he's a stroke or two," one person tweeted.

"Donald missed that massive door handle? He’s not well," another said.
