Drivers Complain About NFL Star Seemingly Disrupting Pro Trump Caravan

Arizona residents accused NFL All-Pro Wide Receiver DeAndre Hopkins of flipping off drivers participating in a pro Donald Trump caravan over the weekend. On Sunday, Trump supporters began to post photos of Hopkins in his black Ferrari as he made his way to State Farm Stadium for Sunday night's matchup against the Seattle Seahawks. Despite complaints made on social media, the Arizona Department of Public Safety did not have any record of a traffic stop involving Hopkins or a black Ferrari in the area.

"It's scary when they are coming up fast and swerving into you," April Garcia, a participant in Sunday's caravan, said.

"My 8-year-old son was in one of the cars you were swerving in and out of as you were disrupting the Phoenix 'Trump Train' drive, trying to cause an accident. You're a piece of trash. Make your political statements, but you out people at risk today," a Twitter user named Richard Williams tweeted.

Blocking out the haters, Hopkins went on to have a phenomenal game on Sunday. He brought in 10 catches for 103 yards and a touchdown as the Cardinals beat the Seattle Seahawks by a score of 37-34 in overtime. The former Clemson Tiger is having a phenomenal year as he leads the NFL in receptions and receiving yards. The Arizona Cardinals are doing equally as well as they are only one game back of the NFC West leading Seahawks. Next week, Hopkins will fight through Arizona drivers as he heads to State Farm Stadium to battle against the Miami Dolphins.
