Charlotte Hornets forward PJ Washington took a page out of Omarion's book and appears to be unbothered by the rumors swirling around his personal life.
Within the last 48 hours, a number of media outlets have circulated rumors suggesting that the NBA star pays $200,000 per month to the mother of his child, Brittany Renner. As usual, the jokes immediately started to fly across Twitter and Instagram. In fact, both Renner and Washington's names began to trend nationally because of the rate at which rumors began to fly.
As rumors regarding Washington and Renner's parental agreement began to circulate, others began reexamining the manner in which the two met. Renner, a model in her late 20s, allegedly met Washington when he was only 20 years old and had just entered the NBA. The age gap between the two parents prompted some to accuse Renner of being a predator. Furthermore, fans then began to recirculate a video in which Renner suggested that someone could simply have an athlete's child in an exchange for a large monthly child support payment.

Despite the rumors that are still circulating regarding his personal relationship with Renner, Washington is seemingly unbothered. In fact, he went as far as to suggest that some of the rumors regarding his relationship with Renner are just that—rumors.
Renner also appears to be unbothered by the rumors surrounding the father of her child. She has elected not to post anything on her Instagram account regarding the matter.
In the meantime, Washington will continue to prepare for the start of the 2021-2022 NBA season this fall.
