Buffalo Bills Wide Receiver Stefon Diggs is not scared of the bright lights of Monday Night Football. In a primetime matchup against the Tennessee Titans on ESPN, Diggs caught nine passes for 89 yards and one touchdown. Following his lone touchdown reception of the night, the Maryland native hit the "Omarion Challenge" in front of a hostile crowd at Nissan Stadium. Despite a few interruptions, Diggs hit the move effortlessly and fans at home loved it.
"Not the Omarion dance. I love Stefon Diggs," Buzzer's Jasmine L. Watkins tweeted.
"Need to know how many times he practiced this," the NFL added.
Unfortunately, the receiver's play and dancing did not lead to a win for the Buffalo Bills. Heading into the fourth quarter, Buffalo held a seven-point lead against the Titans on the road. However, the Titans were able to pull out a 3-point win after Derrick Henry scored a 13-yard rushing touchdown with three minutes left on the clock. Henry finished the game with 143 yards rushing and three touchdowns.
"We continue to jump on Derrick's back, and he's willing and able to carry us," Tennessee Titans Head Coach Mike Vrable said about his star running back after the game.
"And it's just something that you know you have in your back pocket, front pocket. We pull it out and we use it. It just gave us a big shot of life there."
All is not lost for Diggs and the Bills. After a loss in week six, the Bills still hold a two-game lead over the New England Patriots in the AFC East. Similarly, the Titans enjoy a two-game lead over the second-place Indianapolis Colts in the AFC South.
The Titans will play the Chiefs at home on Sunday at 1 p.m. ET. Meanwhile, the Bills will take a week off before playing the Jacksonville Jaguars at home on Halloween.
