It's been 17 years since the infamous "Malice at the Palace" brawl shook up the world of professional basketball.
Now, two of the former NBA players at the center of the fight were photographed together court side at the Pistons vs. Lakers game on Sunday (November 28).
Ron Artest, also known as Metta World Peace, along with former Detroit Pistons star Ben Wallace posed for a picture at the Staples Center after both their former teams faced off on the court.
The NBA legends were once both at the center of the brawl that erupted during a November 19 game in 2004 between the Pistons and Indiana Pacers at The Palace, the famed Auburn Hills, Michigan arena.
Footage from the game shows fans and players involved in a brawl that ignited after on-the-court beef spilled over to the sidelines. Artest, who was a Pacer at the time, had a drink thrown on him by a fan seated in the crowd.
An episode of the Netflix docu-series Untold covers the events up to, during and after the fight in great detail –– including hearing from the players involved and even some of the fans who were accused of instigating.
The players noted in the series how fans at the time were unruly, and that court side rules have changed since then.
People took to Twitter to share their thoughts on the reunion between Wallace and Artest and even the state of basketball fans after LeBron James got two fans thrown out of a game following rumors they were making vile remarks about his family from the sidelines.
