We are just hours away from the start of the 2022 Roots Picnic Festival.
On Saturday (June 4), the two-day music experience kicks off at The Mann at Fairmount Park in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. This year, Lowe's is a sponsor of the festival, and the home improvement company has a unique experience in-store for the expected 25,000 festival-goers per day.
The Lowe's Roots Picnic experience will "welcome thousands of festival-goers into the world of Lowe's as they've never before seen with a custom-built walkthrough experience highlighting indoor and outdoor living space designs decked out with Lowe's furniture and décor providing fun and engaging photo opportunities for attendees to share across their digital platforms."
For the special pop-up, attendees will be greeted by Lowe's Brand Ambassadors and scan a QR code upon entry to enter into a chance to win a $500 Lowe's gift card. Also, each designed section will feature a QR code providing details on Lowe's items, including how to purchase them.
Additionally, as guests leave the activation, they will receive athletic towels while supplies last.
"Lowe's is proud to sponsor the 2022 Roots Picnic," Lowe's Vice President Sharonda Britton said in a statement. "It's important that we support the communities where our customers shop our store."
If consumers cannot attend the Roots Picnic to see Lowe's activation, they will have a chance to see it again in Atlanta at ONEMusic Festival on October 8-9.
