Snowfall star Damson Idris and Lori Harvey again have the internet talking about their relationship status following the actor's recent Instagram post.
Idris took to his Instagram Story on Friday (January 13) to wish Harvey a happy birthday, sharing a photo of the two embracing while he kissed her on the cheek, per USA Today.
Happy Birthday, nunu," he wrote with hearts on Friday, which marked Harvey's 26th birthday.
Rumors that Idris and Harvey are dating have circulated for months. His most recent post had social media buzzing as it seemed to confirm the pair were Instagram-official, but in an interview with E! News on Thursday (January 12), Harvey called herself a "single woman."
"I feel like I'm growing as a woman, as an individual. So I just feel like this time is about me. Self-love, self-growth, just being patient with myself," Harvey told host Adrienne Bailon-Houghton, noting that she was the first single woman to cover Essence magazine's Black Love issue.
In her interview with Essence, Harvey addressed how her relationship status has always been a hot topic of discussion.
“I feel like it’s always been about me attached to something or someone,” Harvey told Essence in December. “This time, it’s about me. Self-love, self-care, self-reflection. I’m being a little selfish right now. It’s my time.”
The model also shared what her past dating experiences, which include the likes of Michael B. Jordan and Future, have taught her.
“My experience has taught me that I need somebody who respects me—somebody who understands and respects my standards and my boundaries and is a supportive, God-fearing man, family-oriented, and makes me feel at peace," Harvey said in her Essence interview. "That’s where I’m at in my life right now. I’m not compromising my peace and happiness for anything or anybody. And so if I see any signs of that happening, I’m like, ‘Got to go!’”
