Tyra Banks is stepping down from her hosting role on Dancing With the Stars.
According to the Hollywood Reporter, Banks is leaving the longtime competition reality series three years after becoming its sole host.
“I feel it’s time for me to really focus on my business and entrepreneurship, but also producing more TV but behind the scenes. So, you know what? I think it’s time to graduate from the dance floor to the stock market floor," the model told TMZ.
Banks replaced Tom Bergeron and Erin Andrews in 2020 as host for the show's 29th season. She has yet to officially announce her departure, but recently launched the ice cream product, SMiZE & Dream.
Banks' exit comes one season after DWTS transitioned from airing on ABC to Disney+.
Len Goodman also recently announced that he was leaving the celebrity dancing show. Goodman has served as DWTS' lead celebrity judge since the show debuted in 2005.
