The 75th Emmy Award nominees have been revealed, and a number of Black entertainers have earned nods.
On Wednesday (July 12), nominations were unveiled for the 2023 Emmys, which is set to take place on Sept. 18 at the Microsoft Theater in Los Angeles.
Of note, more than half of the nominees for Outstanding Supporting Actress in a Comedy series are Black women. Abbott Elementary remains in contention for multiple Emmy awards this year.
