Diddy is facing another sexual assault lawsuit.
On Wednesday (December 6), a Jane Doe lawsuit was filed alleging that Diddy, his longtime lieutenant Harve Pierre, and a third unidentified man “gang raped” a 17-year-old girl inside the artist's Manhattan recording studio in 2003, per RollingStone.
Diddy denied the allegations in a statement released on Wednesday.
“Enough is enough. For the last couple of weeks, I have sat silently and watched people try to assassinate my character, destroy my reputation and my legacy. Sickening allegations have been made against me by individuals looking for a quick payday. Let me be absolutely clear: I did not do any of the awful things being alleged. I will fight for my name, my family, and for the truth," he said.
According to the new lawsuit, Jane Doe was out at a lounge in Detroit when Pierre complimented her appearance and told her that Diddy would love to meet her. The girl was 17 at the time and Diddy was 34.
The teen was allegedly taken on a private jet to Teterboro Airport in New Jersey, where an SUV drove her, Pierre, and the third unidentified man to Daddy's House Recording Studio. The lawsuit includes alleged photos of the 17-year-old in the recording studio, sitting on Diddy's lap.
Jane Doe was given "copious" amounts of intoxicants before Diddy allegedly took her to a bathroom, removed her skirt, and raped her as she "hung over the sink," the lawsuit states.
“Ms. Doe did not consent to having sex with Mr. Combs, but he continued thrusting. At some point, Mr. Combs turned Ms. Doe around to face him. He told her that he could not orgasm and asked her to squeeze his nipples as hard as she could to help him ‘get off.’ He then turned her back around and continued to rape her,” the lawsuit alleges.
As the teen was slipping in and out of consciousness, the lawsuit claims the unidentified man had replaced Diddy, raping her from behind. Diddy allegedly watched the assault from a chair outside the bathroom. Pierre later took his turn and subjected her to “nonconsensual vaginal sex” before “violently forcing her to give him oral sex," the lawsuit states.
The lawsuit also alleges that Combs had many connections in Michigan including to the Black Mafia Family, “a drug trafficking and money laundering operation that is rumored to have seeded Bad Boy.”
Lawyer Douglas H. Wigdor filed the new lawsuit on behalf of Jane Doe. Wigdor is the same lawyer who represented Cassie in her bombshell Nov. 16 suit against Diddy alleging sexual assault and trafficking.
Cassie and Diddy settled the lawsuit shortly after it was filed. Combs’ lawyer said the settlement wasn't an admission of guilt.
“Just so we’re clear, a decision to settle a lawsuit, especially in 2023, is in no way an admission of wrongdoing," the lawyer said.
