Tiffany Haddish is facing charges in connection to her latest DUI arrest in L.A.
Last month, Haddish was arrested for drinking and driving following a night out in Beverly Hills, according to TMZ. She was reportedly found slumped behind the wheel of a car that was blocking the road.
The comedian was booked for DUI and improper stopping on a roadway. After a review by the L.A. District Attorney's Office, Haddish has been charged with driving under the influence of alcohol and driving with a .08 percent BAC.
The latest charges come amid a DUI case Haddish is facing in Georgia in connection to a January 2022 incident. Following her L.A. arrest, Georgia prosecutors are reportedly pushing to modify the conditions of her bond and restrict the actress from using alcohol and drugs.
In a recent interview with ET, Haddish acknowledged that she needed to "get help" to "learn balance and boundaries," noting that a similar incident "will never happen again." She reportedly celebrated her 44th birthday sober.
