Keke Palmer's ex-partner, Darius Jackson, is now seeking a restraining order against her, alleging that she physically and verbally abused him for years.
According to court documents obtained by TMZ, Jackson filed for a domestic violence temporary restraining order against Palmer, whom he shares his son, Leodis, with.
The documents detail alleged instances of abuse, which Jackson said typically occurred after drinking alcohol, throughout their relationship.
In one instance, Jackson claimed that Palmer punched him in the face at a birthday party in 2021 after she had been drinking. Jackson said Palmer's friend, Lenoria Addison, attempted to de-escalate in the attack and that he has text messages showing the actress apologized after the incident.
Jackson also alleged that Keke punched him during his birthday celebration in Cancun in January 2022 attack that left him with bruises. In February 2022, Jackson claims Keke choked and hit him inside her home after drinking alcohol.
The documents also outline an alleged March 2023 incident where Palmer called him a "b*tch, a punk a**, and a loser" after getting mad about an overflowing shower. Jackson said Palmer would often send him emails after the alleged incidents where she apologized or again lashed out.
Jackson's filing comes after Palmer filed for legal and physical custody of Leodis as well as a temporary restraining order against her former partner. Palmer claimed Jackson was "unhinged, volatile, and dangerous" and abused her "multiple times over the past 2+ years," according to court documents. Most recently, Jackson allegedly "trespassed into my home without my knowledge or consent, threatened me, then physically attacked me – lunging for my neck, striking me, throwing me over the couch, and stealing my phone when I told him I was going to call the police," Palmer said in the documents.
Jackson denied that he ever abused Palmer, according to sources.
Palmer was reportedly granted sole custody of her son and the restraining she sought against Jackson last month.
Now, Darius is asking for a judge to handle his petition at the same as the hearing about her allegations and requesting she stay 100 yards away from him.
