Tamar Braxton and Jeremy "JR" Robinson are engaged again.
On Monday (December 25), Braxton and Robinson got engaged for a second time after calling off their first engagement in October.
Braxton shared how the couple rekindled their relationship in an Instagram post alongside videos of Robinson's proposal.
"3 months ago we thought we HATED each other and we were completely OVER🫠," Braxton wrote. "Here we are after a simple football game box you got for your birthday and one REAL HARD conversation … we knew that whatever happened in the past was just that and ANYTHING other than US and our family only mattered."
"So the truth is WE DONT CARE if anyone disagrees with it … we choose to love each other OUTLOUD and PROUD because we found something worth fighting for and forgiving each other for EVERYDAY in front and behind the scenes," she continued. "@rarebreednola I love you with my entire heart and from now on our troubles are miles away….I’m having myself a Merry little Christmas now."
News of the second engagement comes after the couple announced their split in October. Robinson and Braxton first got engaged during the season finale of Peacock dating show Queens Court, which aired in March of this year.
"Tamar and I are no longer together. I ended the relationship to focus on getting back to positive energy & being a better person," Robinson wrote on social media in October, announcing the end of their engagement.
Earlier this month, Robinson shared the couple had reconciled in a lengthy Instagram post.
"I had to fight hard to push past the hurt, and past my own ego, because God kept bringing me back to how much I love @tamarbraxton — and yet, I still needed to heal to see the beauty of our love," the attorney wrote.
Robinson admitted to feeling "angry" and said he "took advantage of people" when his relationship with Braxton ended.
“Hurt people, hurt people," Robinson said at the time. “And for that, I take accountability for wanting her to feel some of my pain.”
