Peter Thomas, the ex-husband of former Real Housewives of Atlanta star Cynthia Bailey, has been arrested for driving under the influence in Atlanta.
According to documents obtained by TMZ, Atlanta officers found Thomas weaving between lanes without tags on his vehicle last week. Police said Thomas also ran a red light after exiting an interstate.
Officers said when they pulled him over, they detected "a strong odor of an alcoholic beverage" from Thomas' car. Thomas also allegedly had "watery, glassy, and bloodshot eyes."
Police conducted field sobriety tests and placed Thomas under arrest for DUI. According to authorities, Thomas agreed to a blood test but later changed his mind once they arrived at the hospital.
When officers brought him to the Cobb Adult Detention Center, Thomas was denied due to blood pressure, so he was taken back to the hospital.
An arrest warrant was later issued for Thomas on DUI alcohol and other traffic-related charges. Peter was released on a $3000 bail.
Fans last saw Thomas on season 9 of RHOA following his divorce from Bailey.
