A North Carolina woman went missing after she called 911 to report that she had been robbed and didn't know where she was, per News & Record.

Marissa Kay Carmichael, 25, was last seen on January 14 at an Exxon gas station in Greensboro, N.C. Carmichael's family said she went to the Exxon after leaving a nearby nightclub.

Carmichael made a distressing call to 911 from the gas station at around 3:40 am. She told dispatchers that she was robbed and didn't know what part of Greensboro she was in.

Carmichael noted that a person accompanying her in a car told her to go into the gas station and "grab some s***." While she was in the store, the person allegedly left.

“I just got all my stuff thrown out the car,” Carmichael told dispatchers. “He took off with my phone. I have no clue where I’m at.”

A police officer arrived at the scene at around 4:20 am, but a store clerk said Carmichael “had gotten a ride from another customer."

Her whereabouts remain unknown. The Greensboro Police Department said they are investigating the disappearance.

According to the department, Carmichael has a heart and butterfly tattoo near her eye and was last seen wearing long black and blond braids, a white Tweety Bird T-shirt, blue jeans, and yellow sneakers.
