Social media is buzzing after Tiffany Haddish made an unexpected runway debut at New York Fashion Week.

On Saturday (September 7), Haddish sat front row at the Monse Maison runway show alongside socialites Paris and Nicky Hilton and their mother, Kathy Hilton.

Videos circulating online showed the celebs chatting during a lull in the show. At one point during the conversation, Kathy Hilton dared Haddish to crash the runway before the next round of models took the catwalk.

"Do it now?" Haddish asked.

“Yes, now go. There’s nothing going on,” Hilton said as she snapped her fingers.

The comedian then got up from her seat and walked the runway in her green satin pantsuit. The Hiltons and other front-row guests applauded and laughed as Haddish strutted down the runway.

Paris shared a video of the dare on her Instagram.

"My mom @KathyHilton dared @TiffanyHaddish to hit the @MonseMaison runway 🤭 But like Tiff always says… “She Ready!” 🤣🥰 #NothingButTrouble #NYFW," she captioned her post.

Social media users had mixed reactions to Haddish following through with Hilton's dare at New York Fashion Week.

"It's giving they tried to embarrass her..." one Instagram user commented.

"Some people gotta learn the difference between laughing at you versus with you," another user wrote.

"White rich lady tells her to do it and she does it thinking it's cute," a third person said.

Other users said Haddish and the Hiltons were simply having fun during a break in the show.

"Y'all making this a race issue?" one Instagram user questioned. "It was a lighthearted joke for fun and y'all talking about 'if she tell you to jump would you' that's uncalled for and irrelevant to say."

"Sometimes just let people live, y'all so busy hating on her and she just having a good time," another said.
