NBA superstar LeBron James says "the choice is clear" when it comes to the 2024 presidential election.

On Thursday (October 31), James took to social media to endorse Vice President Kamala Harris for president, sharing a video blasting Donald Trump's racist rhetoric.

"What are we even talking about here?? When I think about my kids and my family and how they will grow up, the choice is clear to me. VOTE KAMALA HARRIS!!!" James wrote alongside the video.

In the video, James included clips from Trump's Madison Square Garden rally, where comedian Tony Hinchiffe made racist jokes about Puerto Rico and Black people carving watermelon. The NBA star also highlighted the KKK's support of Trump, the former president's damning comments about Detroit, and the Republican nominee suggesting protestors were "troublemakers" who needed to be "carried out on a stretcher."

The video concluded with a powerful message written onscreen: "Hate takes us back."

This isn't the first time James has shared his opposition to Trump.

In 2017, James called the former president a "bum" after he rescinded the Golden State Warriors' invite to the White House following their NBA Finals win.

"Going to the White House was a great honor until you showed up!" James previously said of Trump.

The two also clashed over their stances on former 49ers quarterback Colin Kaepernick kneeling during the national anthem in protest of police brutality and racism.

James previously backed other Democratic candidates including President Joe Biden, Hillary Clinton, and former President Barack Obama.
